Scarlett Aratama

Currently assigned to lead the Special Contingencies Command tasked with preventing the proliferation of Red Matter, Scarlett is the fourth Aratama to make Admiral. Although a natural blonde, the incongruity of her name irks her and so she dyes her hair electric red. Has a small strawberry farm in Wakayama, Japan.
