Aeryn Bowe

The eldest daughter of Rear Admiral Thomas Bowe, Aeryn grew up in a regimented home, run by her father like a well-disciplined ship. She was fascinated by rules and regulations, even compiling lists of laws she would enact if she ever became queen of the universe, so it was no surprise that she elected to study Law and Jurisprudence at the Academy. After six years with the Judge Advocate General’s office, she became somewhat jaded with the inflexible application of the Law, so after passing the Intermediate Command Course, she requested space duties on a command path. After another six years serving on various ships, including as First Officer on the USS Wasp, she was promoted Lieutenant Commander and given a command of her own: The USS Orithyia.
