Kitara Killen

Raised to be a Law Marshal in the sleepy coastal town of Lak’Valira on Andoria, Kitara dreamed of studying at the Andorian Academy but her art was deemed unworthy of further pursuit. So to escape her small town life, she joined Starfleet as an enlisted crewman but was selected to become a Security Officer. She transferred to Command just before the outbreak of the Iconian War and was soon given a commission to captain her current ship, the USS Val’Shiva.
