Commanding Officer, Wild Thing
As a Risian, Titzara spent her early life sharing all that was hers with others, but unlike her kin, liaisons with vacationers sparked passions beyond her paradise world. With the help of numerous paramours she was accepted at Starfleet Academy and managed to graduate, albeit bottom of her class.
Her early career saw her fail various specialisations, but she eventually retrained as a counsellor and although records reflect her postings as successful, unofficially her remedial therapies were controversial due to their particular Risian slant. Unproven accusations of impropriety with a patient who was the daughter of a high ranking admiral led to further career change.
After somehow passing the Command Course, against expectations, she was promoted to Commander, but fitness reports from postings as First Officer generally concurred that while excelling in diplomacy and crew management, she lacked the aggressiveness required for command in space.
Deeming her unfit for ship duties, Starfleet was reluctant to sideline one of the very few Risians in their ranks, and so created a shore posting specifically for her. Promoted to Captain, she became the first Risian Engagement and Liaison Officer, based on Risa, under the command of Starbase 12. With nominal responsibility over all visiting Starfleet officers, Titzara’s main duties are in advocating Starfleet careers amongst the Risian people, the capture of AWOL personnel, and the general promotion of goodwill through her innate desire to share.
