Varissa

Graduating 2nd in her class at Starfleet Academy and already a recipient of the Medal of Valor even before commissioning, Varissa was tipped for greatness from early on. She rose through the Intelligence ranks to become a decorated starship Captain before being assigned to Starfleet Command. Privy to the most sensitive of operations, she is regarded as a prodigiously effective Starfleet Officer. Shame she really works for the Tal Shiar.
